Job Title: Operations Manager – General Insurance

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to step into an international-facing role, leading performance delivery and client success for teams operating in Ireland and Europe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead local and international teams to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with on-location managers to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support teams through a transformation roadmap towards a blended human/digital service model.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • CIP or APA qualified in General Insurance.
  • 3+ years' management experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership, relationship management, and change management skills.
  • Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
