Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients at executive and operational levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across Marsh resources.
  • Sales & Business Growth: Lead new business initiatives, including referral generation and achievement of pre-agreed sales targets.
  • People Development: Provide opportunities for personal and professional growth, focusing on knowledge development in commercial knowledge, insurance, and risk management.

Requirements:

  • CIP qualification
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience in a similar role
  • Ability to maintain high client service delivery standards, adapting to client needs
  • Financial awareness and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
