Insurance Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to drive client relationships and sales growth in the corporate insurance sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand client base and increase revenue.
  • To maintain excellent client service delivery, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • To identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • To work closely with clients to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in corporate or commercial insurance, preferably in a business development or broking role.
  • CIP qualification and experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry, including risk management, risk financing, and insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
