We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager Digital Design Engineer to lead our team of digital design engineers and drive the development of innovative digital products and solutions. As a key member of our product development team, you'll oversee the design and development of digital products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop and implement design strategies to improve product quality and user experience.
In your new role you will:
Lead a team of digital design engineerstodevelop innovative digital products and solutions
Oversee thedesign and development of digital products, including UX, UI, and visual design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing
Develop and implement design strategiesandprocessestoimprove product quality and user experience
Manage budgets, timelines, and resourcesto ensure successful project delivery
Develop new and/or enhance existingtechnical systems, including software, hardware, and various products
Developgeneric and market-oriented products,ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands
Ensure developments are based onstate-of-the-art research and technology, applying scientific methods for quality improvement, process optimization, and new product development
Conduct applied research to drive innovation and growth, includingquality improvement,process optimization, and new business areas
Developdigital products and modules, including concept and circuit design, as well as physical implementation
Apply pre-silicon verification and post-silicon validation methodstoensure high-quality digital products
Collaborate with other functions, such as marketing and operations, to develop planning and strategy
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologiesto inform design decisions and drive innovation

You are a result-oriented person with a problem-solving mindset. You are quality-oriented and self-motivated, and remain focused on solutions even in complex situations. You will be setting direction. Therefore, you must be comfortable in an environment of uncertainty and be able to work through ambiguities. We are data-driven and believe in the power of individuals proving their own ideas, so it is great if you have hands-on experience with high-level simulators for performance and power estimation.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A University Degree inElectronic or Computer Engineering
At least 15 years of experience and knowledge of digital micro-architecture conceptsas well as deep expertise in one or more focused areas (e.g., signal processing, automotive communication protocols) or mixed-signal subsystems
Minimum3 to 4 years of experience in managing a team of designers or an Architecture team
Experience withbus interfaces like AHB/AXI interconnectswould be beneficial
Knowledge ofFunctional Safety and/or cybersecurity concepts(ISO 26262, ISO 21434)
Proficiency indigital design and HDL capture(e.g., Verilog, VHDL, System Verilog)
Proficiency insoftware programming languages(e.g., C, C++, MATLAB)
Proficiency inscripting languages(e.g., Perl, Python)
Knowledge and experience with common performance benchmarks and workloads
Fluency inEnglish
