Our client, a globally recognised engineering services company with a proud history and tradition of construction excellence, is seeking a dedicated EHS Officer to join their team on a major project in Kinsale This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company known for delivering high-quality, customer-focused engineering solutions across sectors including Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, BioEnergy, and more.
The Role As an EHS Officer, youll be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across a dynamic construction site.
Youll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement and maintain robust safety systems, conduct audits, deliver training, and drive a culture of safety excellence.
Key Responsibilities Support the Health & Safety Manager in all site safety matters Ensure compliance with company and site-specific safety protocols Conduct site inspections, audits, and daily safety walks Deliver inductions and toolbox talks Review subcontractor documentation (RAMS, SPA, etc.) Assist in incident investigations and reporting Chair safety meetings and identify training needs Maintain and update the Safety Management System What Were Looking For A relevant 3rd level qualification in EHS (essential) Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Strong background in construction safety Must have pharma construction experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Remuneration on offer Up to €70,000 plus pension from day 1 plus 25 days annual leave Skills: EHS Pharma Construction Benefits: Pension Fund Paid Holidays
