Food & Beverage Supervisor - Ashling Hotel The Ashling Hotel has an exciting opportunity to join our Food & Beverage team Objective of the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide a welcoming and friendly experience to all our guests.
General Duties: To be pleasant and courteous at all times to guests, management and colleagues.
To ensure guests requirements are carried out efficiently.
To ensure all tables are adequately looked after To answer guest and staff questions on menus and allergens.
To ensure that all food is being delivered from the kitchen in a timely fashion To have a good knowledge of the days business.
To have full knowledge of all departments opening and closing times.
Key requirements: Flexibility with working hours is essential Ability to work on own initiative 2-3 years experience in a hospitality background Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Micros Experience would be preferable.
