What are we looking for
Cosentino Ireland team is looking for an Architect & Designer Sales Manager to grow the Commercial Area of the business.
The role involves obtaining design specifications from existing Architects and Specifiers and developing new business with key project accounts in the area.
Candidates should be self-sufficient, resilient, with a hunter mentality, strong work ethic, and flexible attitude.
What you will do
Create sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, and service providers to gain specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring, interior cladding, and exterior facades.
Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms involved in new development or renovation work.
Promote products through formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
Execute sales plans within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate relationship and project details in the CRM system.
Manage the sales development of Cosentino surfacing products, focusing on exterior applications within the core geography.
Represent and promote Cosentino in the community through hosting and attending local events.
Ensure successful sales implementation by managing and communicating across all parties, updating sales collateral, technical data, samples, mockups, and proposals.
Manage own sales budget, staying within budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
