If you're a motivated recruiter who loves building relationships, delivering solutions and making an impact, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:·Recruit Top Talent: Use our extensive database, social media, job boards and headhunting skills to source and place professionals in the Engineering, Technical and Science sectors.
·Build Relationships: Create long-term partnerships with clients and candidates through great service, insight and a genuine interest in their success.
·Develop Sector Expertise: Build your knowledge of key industries and trends to become a trusted advisor to your clients.
·Own the Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job brief through to offer - delivering a seamless, professional experience for clients and candidates alike.
·Drive Performance: Work to realistic KPIs and revenue targets that reward quality as well as results.What You'll Bring:·Experience: Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a professional environment, ideally HR, recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
·Education: Degree qualified in a relevant field is an advantage or similar HR qualification (Science, Engineering, Technical or Business).
·Sourcing Know-How: Skilled at using a range of sourcing techniques to find and engage great talent.
·Problem-Solver: Resilient, resourceful and ready to offer creative solutions to client and candidate challenges.
·People-Focused: A natural relationship-builder with a genuine interest in careers, business, and doing right by people.
