Head Of Maintenance

As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment for the residents and staff.

This role also calls for a full UK driving licence, IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).

Person Specification
Qualifications
You should have hands-on experience in property maintenance, with at least one trade skill and a proven ability to undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks.
