SSA is recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a world class MEP Contractor, to be based in East Cork.
About the role:
Site based on a multimillion-euro life sciences expansion project, reporting to the Senior QS, you will be responsible for: compiling variation claims and maintaining schedules, preparing CVR reports, cost forecasting, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, contractual correspondence with stakeholders, and much more.

Position requirements:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 3+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role
- Demonstrated mechanical construction experience (essential)
- Experience on life sciences or heavy industrial projects
- Valid working rights within Ireland
