About the role:
Site based on a public infrastructe project, reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: compiling variation claims and maintaining schedules, preparing CVR reports, cost forecasting, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, contractual correspondence with stakeholders, and much more.

Position requirements:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 2+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role
- Civils construction experience preferred
- A full, clean driving license (essential)
- Valid working rights within Ireland
