We are offering an exciting opportunity for
Social Care Workers & Leaders
in
Permanent and Relief positions in Dublin
.
The successful candidates will encourage the development of positive attachments through relationship building, with the overall goal of providing a therapeutic environment for children and young people.
There will be a strong emphasis on engaging with the young people in the programme and on building rapport to support the development of relationships.
You will have the opportunity to work as part of a team of social care professionals to deliver robust, holistic, trauma-informed care to young people.
Successful candidates will:
Have a full, manual Irish driving licence
Have a minimum of 6 months experience in social care (placement experience accepted)
Be registered in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board, maintained by CORU
or hold a CORU-approved Social Care Worker qualification and have applied for CORU registration (evidence of application will be necessary)
or be eligible for registration in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board, maintained by CORU (evidence of application will be necessary)
Have the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability and ability, for the proper discharge of duties in this role
