The Role As an International Tax Senior Manager, you will lead complex cross-border tax engagements, manage key multinational client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the international tax practice in Dublin.
You'll provide commercially focused advice on international structuring and transactions while guiding and mentoring a talented team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities Leading the delivery of international tax advisory projects for multinational corporations and Irish-headquartered groups.
Providing strategic advice on cross-border structuring, reorganisations, M&A, and global tax planning.
Acting as a senior advisor for clients on both Irish and international tax issues.
Managing and developing a team of tax professionals, ensuring technical excellence and career progression.
Collaborating with colleagues across corporate tax, transfer pricing, and transactions to deliver integrated solutions.
Driving business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing to thought leadership.
Representing the firm at client and industry events to strengthen its reputation in the Irish and global markets.
Requirements A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g. CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Significant experience in international tax, ideally within a Big 4 or leading advisory environment.
Strong technical knowledge of Irish and international tax legislation, including OECD and EU frameworks.
Proven track record in managing senior client relationships and delivering large-scale projects.
Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and mentoring teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A commercial mindset with the ambition and presence to progress to Director/Partner level.
