Your Role: As Sous Chef in our fine dining restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Supporting the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Youll be responsible for leading the kitchen team, maintaining efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.
What Were Looking For: Experienced leader: Minimum 1 year as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality hotel or restaurant environment.
Culinary expertise: Passion for fresh, flavorful, and finely presented food across all outlets.
Operational skills: Ability to manage budgets, rosters, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Team player:A strong work ethic with humility and respect for colleagues.
Creative mindset:Capable of crafting daily specials and enhancing menu offerings.
Attention to detail:Ability to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Adaptability: Willingness to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Knowledge & Compliance: Strong understanding of HACCP, food allergens, and health & safety regulations.
