Our Culinary Team is looking for a skilled Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations.Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This includes overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Culinary expertise: Passion for fresh, flavorful, and finely presented food across all outlets.
  • Operational skills: Ability to manage rosters, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • A strong work ethic with humility and respect for colleagues.
  • A creative mindset capable of crafting daily specials and enhancing menu offerings.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
