As a
Compliance and Operations Risk Test Lead
in the Testing Center of Excellence, you will play a key role in enhancing our compliance and operational risk management.
Your expertise in test execution will be essential for managing and conducting precise tests, ensuring they align with the firm's highest risk priorities.
Your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills will help identify control coverage gaps and drive remediation of control issues.
You will also be responsible for planning and organizing your own work, and potentially that of a team, while coordinating activities across departments.
Your role will be vital in maintaining a cohesive and efficient testing framework, contributing to the delivery of quality outcomes.
Job responsibilities
Conduct thorough testing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, aligned with the firm's risk priorities.
Use analytical skills to identify control coverage gaps and verify control design and implementation.
Apply problem-solving skills to address complex issues, develop solutions, and ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate testing efforts and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Improve control evaluation methods and interpret control ratings to enhance risk management.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
At least 3 years of experience in testing processes within a professional or specialized field.
Strong analytical skills to organize, compare, and evaluate information systematically.
Experience in assessing control environments and identifying coverage gaps.
Ability to coordinate across departments and manage a team if needed.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
