This role owns the end-to-end delivery of the Procure to Pay process within GES Services.
It combines oversight of service delivery with driving transformation across the end-to-end process.
The role connects with our BPO Partner to ensure consistent, high-quality service for the business.
Responsibilities
Manage centralised PTP team, ensuring team members deliver performance that meets or exceeds required performance levels.
Lead, mentor and develop the PTP team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transformation and accountability, including engagement with relevant third-party Finance teams.
Enable accurate accounting and service delivery within the tower, with the highest level of quality, ensuring compliance, approval verification and quality control reviews.
Be a key member of GES governance to ensure service delivery and SLAs for the tower.
Facilitate timely issue resolution, including escalation in accordance with the governance structure.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal team escalations and maintain relationships with GPN, GN and other stakeholders.
