Job Title: Global Procure to Pay Manager

Overview:

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the Global Procure to Pay process. The successful candidate will oversee the governance of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service is provided to our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a centralized global team, ensuring team members deliver performance that meets or exceeds required levels.
  • Lead mentorship and development of the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transformation, and accountability.
  • Enable accurate accounting and service delivery within the tower, ensuring compliance, approval verification, and quality control reviews.
  • Facilitate timely issue resolution, including escalation in accordance with governance structure.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably leading a global centralized PTP function in a multinational environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work unsupervised, and take responsibility for prioritization and completion of tasks are essential.

Additionally, the candidate should possess strong Excel, analytical, and SAP skills, be able to remain calm under pressure, and instill confidence in end-users.

A self-motivated individual with a growth mindset, eager to learn and take ownership of their career, is highly desirable.
