The Opportunity The Retail Motor Transformation Manager will shape and articulate a clear product vision aligned with business strategy and transformation goals.
The Transformation Manager will be a key role in strengthening business involvement into product delivery and will coordinate the availability of key Business experts Key Responsibilities Align a common product vision, along with associated priorities across business stakeholder groupsEstablish close alignment and partnership with Product Managers to technically shape the product visionDrive the definition of product objectives and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholdersResponsible for managing tactical budget and ensure alignment with Product vision and business strategyPrepare and own the business case and value proposition, ensuring alignment with business prioritiesResponsible for setting annual and quarterly priorities at a business level and ensuring the Product Backlog is alignedEnsures alignment with product team regarding agreed scope, business value, plans, timelines, business deliverables and business resource availabilitySupport feasibility assessments and align expectations with Product and IT delivery teamsEnsure and coordinate the availability of key business expertise and organizational input for specification and delivery, ABR, QP and roadmap shapingFacilitate decision-making on trade-offs, scope, and value realization at senior levelsSupport Product Managers in preparing and orchestrating key planning and governance meetings (e.g., ABR, QP)Collaborates with Product to plan and coordinate releases from a business perspectiveCommunicates delivery and release plans and timelines within business functionTracks and reports benefits following project implementation to feed into OE and Group reporting supported by Data team & Product Key Requirements / Skills & Experience Essential:5-10 years' experience in business/IT transformation initiativesDemonstrated experience in senior business roles Strong cross-functional expertise and business domain orientation Strong understanding of business case development and stakeholder alignmentSkilled Negotiator with ability to effectively manage multifaceted prioritiesProven track record in complex projects/key Business programmes Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Key Competencies: Strategic thinking with strong business acumenExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance priorities across multiple demandsEffective at harmonising differing viewpoints to reach a clear direction Experience in translating business strategy into business target Allianz plc.
