Junior Sales Executive Our client is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Dublin 24.
This is a full-time role, territory based field sales role.
Accordingly, if youre a team player with a bubbly personality and a knack for sales, then we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities: Meeting customers expectations with professionalism and expertise Upselling & cross selling to existing customer base Building your own client base and maintain customer relationships Using your CRM system to manage leads and generate new business pipeline Respond to sales inquiries and introduce products to clients Achieve targets and ensure profitability is maximised Meeting clients in their offices Prepare documents, business plans and deliver presentations to clients What were looking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong business planning and organisational skills Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred A retail or telephone or D2D or Merchandising sales background Full driver's license This role will transition into a Senior Sales position within 18 months of meeting quota and stated KPIs.
Full training (formal & ongoing), along with a mentorship program is in place for onboarding new hires.
