Job Title: Project Manager / Site Manager Location: Dublin Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Sector: Residential Developments Salary/Package: Negotiable DOE A well-established residential developer is currently seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee the delivery of housing and apartment schemes across multiple Dublin-based sites.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring quality, programme adherence, and health & safety compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent team coordination skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality homes on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites from groundworks through to handover Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct site staff to ensure programme targets are met Monitor site progress, safety, and quality standards Liaise with design teams, consultants, and internal project management Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and health & safety documentation Ensure compliance with building regulations, drawings, and specifications Lead site meetings and resolve technical or operational issues as they arise Requirements: 5+ years experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager role within residential construction Proven track record of delivering housing schemes or apartment developments Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and construction best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills Safe Pass, manual handling, and other relevant site certifications Proficient in site management software and construction documentation Whats on Offer: Competitive salary (DOE) Vehicle/fuel card/laptop/phone pension contribution Long-term opportunity with a growing residential developer Projects located within the Dublin area (minimal travel required) Supportive team culture with strong focus on quality delivery Career progression within an established and reputable organisation How to Apply: To apply in strict confidence, please SUBMIT YOUR CV
