Okta recruiting is re-imagining how recruiting is done.
This is an opportunity to shape Okta's recruiting strategy for early career and professional hiring in Dublin.
Dublin is one of our fastest growing locations and a key engine for future hiring in EMEA.
You will lead a small but high-impact team, driving strategies across GTM, Tech and early career programs, while playing a hands-on role in execution.
This role is for someone who is ready to build and influence, with the scope and visibility to continue to create as we see continued investment in Dublin.
You will help define how Okta attracts, engages and develops talent in Ireland and you will also play a key role in our global recruiting leadership team, shaping regional initiatives, driving best practices and projects that impact how we hire globally.
What You'll Do
Partner with business leaders to drive hiring strategies across GTM, Tech, and G&A functions in Dublin
Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters
Build and execute on early career and intern hiring plans
Use data to guide decisions, forecast needs, and track progress
Improve hiring processes to balance pace, quality, and experience
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across HR, Finance, and Ops
Contribute to global recruiting projects and EMEA-wide priorities
What You'll Bring
Proven experience leading recruiters in a fast-paced environments (ideally SaaS or tech)
Familiarity with early career/graduate programs is a plus
Comfortable working with data to inform strategy and planning
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing change
Strong operational thinking, with a focus on scalable, repeatable practices
A growth mindset and passion for building
We value in-person collaboration, so we\'re asking this person to be in the Dublin office 2–3 days a week.
