Today, we support over 1,900 households across Dublin from families and older people to men experiencing homelessness at the Iveagh Hostel.
Were now looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive and play a vital role in the smooth running of the Trust.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive, including diary management and meeting coordination.
Lead on planning and organising meetings and events with stakeholders.
Scheduling and arranging Board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely distribution of materials including board packs.
Drafting agendas, preparation of briefing papers, presentations, and reports with a high level of polish and attention to detail.
Taking and circulating minutes of meetings.
Ensuring that post-meeting actions are tracked and communicated.
Act as a liaison between the Chief Executive and internal teams, Board members, external partners, and stakeholders.
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain accurate and up to date records and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy policies.
Assist in project coordination and tracking of strategic initiatives led by the Chief Executive.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
Contribute to the smooth running of the Trust and support organisational priorities as required.
Carrying out any other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role, with experience of Board administration.
Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field; a degree is desirable but not essential.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
Exemplary writing (including minute taking and report writing), copyediting Demonstrated administration and management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Experience in the non-profit, housing, or public sector is an advantage.
Key Competencies: Professionalism and discretion Strong organisational and time management skills Strong minute taking skills Excellent English language skills both written and oral Understanding of Board reporting and administration.
Excellent written communication skills Ability to manage up and communicate effectively with Board members and senior management.
Attention to detail and accuracy Initiative and problem-solving ability Stakeholder engagement and relationship management Adaptability and resilience Strong project management and co-ordination skills with an ability to work off own initiative and to deadlines.
Strong networking skills and confident with a broad range of stakeholders.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
