Senior Quantity Surveyor Primarily site-based with some UK travel - Full-time, Permanent 35 years fit out experience required - Competitive salary, DOE Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the lead on high-end fit out projects?
Were looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in fit out and design & build projects.
You'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional commercial outcomes through expert cost management, contract administration, and stakeholder collaboration.
What Youll Do Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will: Lead budgeting, cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and final accounts Advise on contracts, legal issues, and dispute resolution Handle subcontract procurement, valuations, payments, and remeasurement Collaborate closely with site and project managers to capture all project variations Support estimating and manufacturing teams with commercial input Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Promote high standards in Health & Safety, Quality, and Environment What Were Looking For 35 years experience in Quantity Surveying (preferably in fit out) Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Experience in design & build, especially M&E and architectural finishes Strong contractual and building regulation knowledge Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset Full driving licence and flexibility to travel occasionally to the UK What Youll Get Competitive salary (dependent on experience) 38-hour work week with early finish on Fridays (3:00pm) 30 days paid holidays (including public holidays) Pension contributions Company and personal performance bonuses Referral bonus scheme Ongoing professional development & training Travel opportunities & recognition awards Well-being initiatives, fitness programme & regular social events Apply today and shape the future of premium fit out projects with a company that values your expertise and ambition.
