to join our clients growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on large-scale energy projects that will transform communities and drive the transition to a greener, more sustainable future.
The Role
As Land Acquisition Lead, you will be at the forefront of securing the land rights that make renewable energy projects possible.
From negotiating agreements with landowners to managing wayleaves, easements, and leases, you will combine commercial acumen with strong relationship-building skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, strategically, and cost-effectively.
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

Minimise risk while enabling renewable projects to move from concept to construction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations with landowners to secure options, leases, easements, and wayleaves.
Devise and implement landowner engagement strategies that deliver trust and transparency.
Represent the organisation in negotiations, consultations, and stakeholder meetings.
Work with legal, project, and valuation experts to finalise robust agreements.
Maintain meticulous records of discussions, agreements, risks, and progress.
Stay up to date with regulations and industry best practice affecting land use.
Support joint venture partners and project teams in achieving land acquisition goals.
About You
We are looking for an ambitious, motivated professional with:
A degree in Land Management, Agriculture, Business, or a related discipline (Level 8).
6+ years' experience
in agriculture, forestry, property, project management, or a related field.
Proven success in negotiating and finalising land agreements.
Strong knowledge of Irish Property Law and associated documentation.
Understanding of land valuation, compensation, and community engagement best practice.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
The ability to thrive under pressure, manage sensitive issues diplomatically, and deliver results across multiple projects.
A full driving licence and flexibility for site visits.
Experience in renewable energy projects or large infrastructure developments will be a significant advantage.
Why Apply?
Be part of Ireland's renewable energy transformation.
Play a critical role in high-profile, large-scale projects.
Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your contribution matters.
Hybrid working model based in Newbridge, with flexibility for travel.
Competitive salary and benefits package.
