Due to the growing demands of our clients, we have a requirement for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Structured Cabling / Data Technician, who will be basedin Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with Ireland's largest IT network infrastructure solutions company and be part of some exciting projects including large multinational companies.
Previous experience will be advantageous, however, training will be provided.
What you'll be doing as our Trainee Data Technician:
Wiring of copper Cat6, Cat6A, Fibre and Voice cable
Terminating & testing of copper cable
Splicing & testing of fibre cable
Basic cable fault finding
Reading & marking of site drawings
Patching and circuits
Health & Safety procedures on construction sites
What we're looking for in our Trainee Data Technician:
Excellent communication and time keeping skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Flexible to travel when needed
Valid Safepass
