Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:
Greet and recognize regular guests by name.
Maintain good knowledge of food and wine; make recommendations.
Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.
Clean and maintain the bar and restaurant areas.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
What You'll Need:
Previous experience is essential.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Experience with Micros systems is preferable.
Experience in a hotel setting is preferable.
