About the Job We are seeking a Business Advisory Manager to join the team in Balbriggan, Dublin.
This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality business advisory and accounting services, and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to add value Take full ownership of a client portfolio, including year-end and management accounts, budgets, and forecasts Deliver specialist advisory and project work to a high technical standard Oversee finalisation of accounts and provide clear, concise client reports Ensure client deadlines and requirements are met in line with agreed budgets and timelines Mentor and train junior team members, supporting their professional development Keep up to date with legislation and technical accounting knowledge (FRS 102 1 A, GAAP) Contribute to business development, tenders, and proposals as required Your Skills & Experience ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified Previous experience in a similar client-facing manager role within practice Strong working knowledge of accounting systems (Xero or other cloud-based platforms) Proven track record of managing a client portfolio and delivering advisory services Experience training and mentoring junior team members Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment For further information on this opportunity, or if you are considering the next step in your career, get in touch with Chloe Neill at Hire IQ in complete confidence.
