Overview
We are working with a leading international firm who are looking for Senior Solicitor, ideally at partner level, to join their Employment team within their Dublin office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and experienced team, engaging in a range of employment matters, such as discrimination and diversity, trade union relations, business immigration, equal pay, and pensions.
The candidate will play a key role in advising a diverse range of clients in employment matters, providing cross-border and national insights on employment law.
The candidate will also play a paramount role in business development, while managing client relationships.
Requirements / Qualifications
5+ years' PQE;
Strong background in general employment law within a city or leading national or international firm;
Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
Outstanding academics;
Technically excellent with strong attention to detail;
Strong interest in professional development;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
