Access Talent Group is partnering with a rapidly expanding consultancy in Dublin, Cork or Carlow to help them find a Civil Design Engineer for their growing Transportation and Traffic team.
The successful candidate will work on multiple active travel projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of traffic and transportation infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable and efficient solutions.
Develop detailed engineering drawings, reports, and specifications.
Ensure projects meet all relevant regulations and standards, including local authority guidelines.
Conduct technical assessments, analyse traffic flow, and perform road safety audits.
Assist project management in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience in civil design, especially in traffic and transportation projects.
Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MX Roads.
Familiarity with traffic analysis tools like ARCADY, PICADY, and LINSIG is advantageous.
Experience in active travel projects (e.g., cycling and pedestrian infrastructure) is preferred.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
