Senior Employment SolicitorDescription:We are hiring for our client, a forward-thinking law firm in Dublin, seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their Employment Law Unit.

Career Growth - Competitive salary, hybrid working, and the opportunity to develop your leadership profile.The Role:Manage a varied employment law caseload including contentious and non-contentious matters.Handle employment claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts.Provide advice to employers and employees on all aspects of employment law.Draft and manage executive employment contracts, settlements, and severance agreements.Support other departments on employment law aspects of commercial transactions.Participate in business development including client pitches, presentations, and webinars.Other ad hoc duties as required.The Person:6+ years' specialist employment law experience (all suitably qualified candidates considered).
