Job Title Fit-Out Project Manager Project: Commercial Development Location: Dublin City Centre We are working closely with a top-tier contractor to assist in the recruitment of an experienced fit-out project manager.
This role is for a large-scale office development in Dublin City.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Guiding your site team from conception to completion.
Identifying contract variations and making necessary adjustments.
Compiling essential reports regarding programme and budget targets.
Providing tender packages to subcontractors and suppliers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Key requirements: Extensive experience working as a PM with a principal contractor Experience working on similar sized commercial developments Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point, as well as industry-specific software.
Sound expertise in budgeting and financial management.
