We're looking for a dynamic and highly driven
Marketing Account Manager
to join the growing team.

Ranelagh, Dublin (Full-time, Office-Based)
What You'll Do
Manage marketing & design projects from initial briefing to final execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
Act as the key liaison between clients and creative team, translating their vision into compelling campaigns.
Develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with client goals, including branding, content, digital marketing, and web development.
Grow your client accounts, identifying opportunities to pitch new ideas and expand existing relationships (20% of the role).
Oversee campaign performance, using insights to optimise strategies and present measurable outcomes.
Lead client presentations with confidence, delivering creative proposals and performance reports.
Work closely with internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, marketing, and web development.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with 2+ years in an agency setting.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, branding, and web development.
A natural problem-solver, able to diagnose marketing challenges and present solutions effectively.
Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign success.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills – confident in managing client relationships.
A proactive mindset with a desire to identify and pitch for new business opportunities.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a bonus
