We are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to join our team based at the IADT, Dun Laoghaire, Co.
Dublin.

Working Pattern: 40 Hours per Week 5 out of 7 Days per Week Various Shift Patterns - Option to be Flexible temporary position Rewards: 30 Paid Holidays pro rata Voluntary Private Healthcare Scheme - Paid through Salary Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Company Pension Scheme Benefit Communication Portal with a range of additional free benefits & discounts for goods/services Financial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory service Training & Development Uniform Provided Company Events The Role: Manage the team in the manager's absence Maintain high levels of cleanliness at all times Maintaining counters and serving customers Ensuring that areas of work are kept to a high standard of cleanliness throughout the day Completing production, wastage, temperature and cleaning records.
Complying with all company and legal procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health and safety and personal requirements Operating a till and cash handling duties The Person: Eligible to work in EU/EEA Experience working in a similar role Barista Experience Flexible and adaptable approach Good communication skills - written and verbal The ability to demonstrate great team work skills Exceptional customer service skills Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
