Title - e BR Program Manager Location - Westport, Mayo Ger TEK is an engineering consultancy company specialising in project management, talent solutions and commissioning qualification and validation services (CQV) to the life sciences and technology sectors.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead a critical, site-wide digital transformation project.
You will own the successful implementation of our new Electronic Batch Record (e BR) and Review by Exception (RBE) systems over a two-year period.
Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will lead a cross-functional team to design, validate, and deploy an integrated digital system that will revolutionise our manufacturing records process and contribute directly to the site's digital strategy.
What You Will Do Lead the Program: Drive the end-to-end implementation of the e BR/RBE system, from initial planning to final deployment.
Manage the Project Plan: Develop and manage a detailed master project plan, tracking all milestones and holding team members accountable for delivery.
Drive Change: Lead change management activities, including gathering business requirements, redesigning processes, and building consensus with stakeholders.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee the system validation process, ensuring full compliance with all Quality and IT policies and procedures.
Manage Finances: Track the program budget and develop financial models to measure and report on the project's return on investment (ROI).
Communicate Effectively: Provide clear and timely status updates to the site leadership team and Director of Digital Transformation.
Lead the Team: Guide and mentor a cross-functional team of internal resources and external contractors in a matrix environment.
Key requirements: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Science, or Technology is a distinct advantage).
6+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or process development environment.
Proven experience in successfully planning and executing large-scale, complex projects.
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with peers and senior management effectively.
A formal qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus, but not essential.
Good to have, Program management experience in supporting NPI within a sterile manufacturing environment?
