Recruitment Specialist, Cork - Arcadis DPS Group | Pharma/Biopharma | Medical Devices
Arcadis DPS Engineering are a seeking a Reliability Specialist Engineer for an assignment located in Brinny, Cork.
This is initially a 11-month contract.
Responsibilities
Develop engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failures and resolve costly equipment issues.
Maintain and enhance Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography), including result interpretation and reporting.
Analyse equipment history using the CMMS to ensure effective maintenance and reduce regulatory (cGxP and EHS) concerns.
Optimize maintenance activities to ensure efficient, reliable operation of plant processes and equipment, maximizing asset life at optimal cost.
Benchmark emerging technologies and best practices, implementing digital and SMART maintenance solutions where appropriate.
Coach and support maintenance planners and schedulers to achieve key performance metrics (e.g., schedule adherence, cost control, resource utilization).
Ensure compliance with Quality and EHS Management System requirements relevant to manufacturing operations.
Lead and support maintenance improvement projects, with a focus on optimizing Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within an industrial environment or specialized consultancy (preferred).
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to develop trust and engagement.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns.
