We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Stores Person to join our team at ConnollyStation, Dublin 1.
This full-time role (39 hours per week, 5 days over 7) is ideal for someone with experience in contract catering who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role Reporting directly to the Stores Manager, the Stores Person will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of food and beverage supplies for our rail services client.
From unpacking deliveries to preparing trolleys for dispatch, youll be at the heart of operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Efficient Goods Handling: Unpack and organise goods in an orderly manner for easy access and timely service.
Safe Storage Practices: Store goods in compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) and HACCP regulations.
Compliance and Standards: Maintain high health and safety standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and ISO quality standards for food premises.
Stock Management: Accurately record stock levels, including goods received, dispatched, and wastage, ensuring stores are fully accounted for and secure.
Service Preparation: Assist in preparing and stocking trolleys for dispatch, ensuring all train services have the necessary items for smooth operation.
Loss Prevention: Monitor and report breakages, wastage, or missing stock to the Manager.
Spot Checks: Conduct regular stock checks and assist in periodic inventory counts.
Policy Adherence: Follow all CCSL/CFSL policies and procedures, as well as client-specific requirements.
