Store Manager
– Specsavers, Dundrum
As a Store Manager, you'll set the standard.
You'll work with the Store Directors to empower your team to make the right decisions for each customer, creating an excellent customer experience while delivering business objectives.
You will have support for your development and grow your people management skills to get the best out of yourself and your team.
Responsibilities
Set the standard for the store and lead day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with Store Directors to empower the team to make the right customer decisions.
Create an excellent customer experience while achieving business objectives.
Support and develop your team, focusing on people management skills and personal growth.
Contribute to a positive store environment and uphold Specsavers' standards.
Qualifications
Previous Optical experience.
Previous people management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Eye for detail, flexibility, and adaptability.
Organised and hard-working.
