The Store Manager is a leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. The Store Manager reports to the District Manager and works to drive revenue and manage costs while maintaining a culture of high-quality pet care and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Store Excellence – ensure adherence to store processes and guidelines; optimise efficiency, streamline processes, and drive informed decision-making for improved store performance.
  • Operational Store Analytics – achieve company KPIs, cash & stock management audits, manage store personnel costs and sales performance.
  • Leadership – empower the team's growth and engagement through supportive leadership, training, and a culture of trust and respect.
  • Merchandise and Inventory – ensure product availability, planogram implementation, and accurate inventory management.
  • Customer Engagement – lead by example to ensure the team provides exemplary service.
  • Brand Integrity – ensure animal welfare is prioritised and maintained at all times.
