Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for a reliable person to join our kitchen team as a Junior Sous Chef.As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service across all outlets.
You'll be involved in menu planning, staff training, HACCP compliance, and maintaining excellent kitchen organisation.

We offer structured programs for growth and career advancement as we consider our employees to be our greatest asset.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our standards.Maintain strict compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures.Train, guide, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver excellence.Monitor portion control, stock rotation, and cost management to achieve budgeted GP.Lead by example in personal presentation, professionalism, and guest focus.Oversee mise en place, ordering, and kitchen organisation.To attend meetings and training as requested.To carry out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.The Ideal Candidate:Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, preferably in a hotel.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy kitchen environment.Excellent culinary skills and creativity with a strong eye for detail.Knowledge of HACCP and a passion for maintaining the highest hygiene standards.Strong organisational and communication skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Has full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU.What we can offer you:Attractive weekly pay structure.Company funded educational programmesShape your career path with us
