Schedule
5 days over 7 days
Responsibilities
Liaise with all HODs daily to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
Manage all bookings.
Supervise Collins Bar and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and uphold the highest standards.
Maintain excellent internal and external customer service levels.
Identify customer needs and respond proactively to concerns.
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
Establish schedules, policies, and procedures.
Provide two-way communication and foster an ownership environment emphasizing motivation and teamwork.
Assist in daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
Ensure operational responsibility for service delivery and standards throughout the F&B building when on duty.
Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in all areas of responsibility.
Interface regularly with customers to obtain feedback on quality, service, and satisfaction; respond effectively to guest problems and complaints.
Ensure service standards are upheld in the bar when on duty.
Ensure back-of-house areas are clean and properly maintained.
Handle complaints calmly and discreetly, ensuring complete service recovery.
Participate in and conduct training within the hotel.
