Our client is a boutique, privately owned Construction Project Management consultancy, known for delivering high-profile developments across a diverse range of sectors.
With a reputation built on trust and results, their client list includes some of the most respected investor and developer names in the market.
Due to sustained growth and an exciting pipeline of work, they are now looking to hire a Junior Project Manager to join their team.
This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience across landmark developments valued between €5m and €150m, working closely with an experienced Director on projects that span planning, design, and construction.
The Role: As Junior Project Manager, you'll initially shadow a Director to gain a strong grounding in the firms approach, processes, and client management style.
As you build experience and confidence, youll take ownership of key aspects of project delivery with the goal of leading your own projects in the near future.
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the delivery of projects from pre-construction through to handover Attending site visits, contractor meetings, and client briefings Managing documentation, schedules, budgets, and communications Assisting with procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors Analysing sites and development opportunities from a strategic lens Representing investor/developer interests throughout the full lifecycle What Were Looking For: You might be early in your construction career but youre ambitious, detail-oriented, and ready to step into a broader project management role.
Ideally, youll bring: A degree (or equivalent) in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline Some experience in a construction-related role, either on-site or design-side A keen interest in project management and client-side delivery Strong organisational and communication skills Fit-out or commercial project experience would be a bonus Why This Role?
