This Position
We are looking for sales agents who are highly target driven, team players, with a minimum of 1-year
Sales
experience to join our team on a full
basis.

Responsibilities
A
chieve individual sales targets across both inbound and outbound calls with multiple clients.
Deliver an excellent level of customer service on all customer interactions.
Working as part of a team, in line with company priorities.
Skills and
Experience
Active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently.
Team player with a positive outlook, who enjoys working in sales and customer services
environments.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
A passion for tech and software products.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, adhering to agreed schedules.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken.
Sales/Customer service experience in a similar role would be a
distinct advantage.
Preferred Experience
Outbound
Sales experience in
a contact centre or door to door sales is preferable.
Please clearly outline your previous experience on your CV.
Qualification
Leaving cert or equivalent desirable
Working Hours
Full-time working; 37.5 hours per week, 8-hour shift between 8 am
–
17.00
pm
stated in the contract.
Usual working hours will be 9am -17.00pm Monday – Friday.
