Our purpose is to revolutionize how patients feel about going to the dentist: from anxiety to comfort, from expectation to delight.Our Impact - Fast Facts10+ clinics across Dublin and growing.20,000+ patients served annually.Over 100 specialists and staff trained in Truly's own Academy.7 days a week service, making world-class dental care more accessible.Purpose of the RoleThis role ensures smooth and safe delivery of dental treatments at the Donnybrook Clinic (Dublin 4), supporting dentists and specialists while guaranteeing high standards of patient care, infection control, and efficiency in daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesChairside assistance to dentists during treatments.Strict compliance with cross-infection control and sterilisation protocols.Efficient rotation across multiple surgeries in a large-scale dental hospital.Accurate record-keeping, use of dental software (Exact / new system).
Supporting onboarding and integration of patients in a warm and professional way.Collaborating with the wider team of nurses, dentists, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless patient flow.Requirements: Competencies & SkillsEducationPreferably qualified Dental Nurse.Training in dental nursing, healthcare, or related fields desirable.ExperienceMinimum 3-6 months experience in dental nursing or similar clinical support role.Previous work in fast-paced clinical environments is an advantage.Knowledge & SkillsFamiliarity with Exact dental software is desirable.Knowledge of infection control standards and chairside support procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Availability and flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 - 20:00, Monday to Friday hours per week, with potential extra shifts).
