You'll take ownership of our health and safety strategy, ensuring our policies, standards, and practices not only meet legal requirements but also set the benchmark for excellence.
You'll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to provide expert guidance on safe working practices, while also holding both internal teams and external partners accountable to their responsibilities.
From managing our Safety Statement and ISO certifications to leading accident investigations and supporting environmental submissions, your work will have a direct impact on how we operate every day.
You'll also act as the single point of contact with Vodafone Group on Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) and support the Head of Property, Facilities and H&S in managing our fleet.
Collaboration is key — you'll engage with stakeholders across the business and beyond, championing a culture of safety that reflects our spirit of #TogetherWeCan.
Who we are looking for
At least 5 years' experience in Health & Safety within the telecommunications sector
Strong knowledge of EMF and data centre safety management
Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
Internal Auditor qualifications for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Experience leading ISO certification processes and managing compliance
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights
Confident communicator with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in Office 365, especially Microsoft Excel
Safe Pass certified
