Construction Site Administrator

Design Build Search are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our clients high performing team based in Southwest Dublin.
Responsibilities Assisting the site manager with day to day activities and Administrative Duties Document control on site in line with our Quality Management System Assistance with report preparation Daily diary Upkeep Drawing control and Drawing Register maintenance Responsible for site logs Assisting Health and Safety Department including but not limited to Carry out site inductions Checking all Certs and Paperwork Filing Regular site walks Assist site Manager with RFI register Control of deliveries and delivery dockets Ensuring Site Housekeeping is up to standard.
Scheduling meetings and acting as minute taker Assist with purchasing duties Assistance with O&M preparation Requirements: Experience in a similar administrative role required Experience in the Construction Industry and current Safe Pass desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word / Excel / Powerpoint and web based filing solutions.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail oriented Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation Should have the ability to work well in a team based environment Skills: Administrative Support Construction Excel
