Product Support Engineer Our client is a leading engineer company dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality products to their wide range customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading product development projects from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and market demands.
This will include SolidWorks Design: Utilize SolidWorks or similar CAD software to create detailed designs, models, and prototypes for new products and product enhancements.
Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products, optimize resource utilization, and minimize downtime.
Product Quality: Implement quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards, conducting testing and inspections as necessary.
Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements throughout the product development lifecycle, implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
To be successful for this role: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software for 3D modeling and design.
Demonstrated experience in job costing, production scheduling, and process improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and technologies in a dynamic work environment.
