Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.

This role will involve working on process development and cost reduction activities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and providing technical support to manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop through internal and external training programs and grow their career in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead process improvement initiatives within manufacturing.
  • Drive quality and efficiency enhancements across business units.
  • Oversee plant metrics from an engineering perspective.
  • Prioritize technical support to manufacturing operations.
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Leverage lean manufacturing principles within manufacturing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing.
  • Desirable skills: CNC machining, Process Validation, Coating or Clean and Pack.
  • Effective decision-making with leadership potential.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills resulting in tangible business outcomes.
