Lead Product Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead product development and drive high levels of employee engagement.

The Role:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of best practices in product performance within the medical devices industry.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance understanding of product manufacture and quality.
  • Drive effective support structures for all engineers.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems, requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Provide guidance to engineering personnel.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Level 8 Honours Degree in an Engineering discipline (Masters or Black Belt advantageous).
  • 6+ years of experience in manufacturing with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead a multi-disciplined team in a fast-paced environment.
