Job Overview:

  • A skilled Production Supervisor is required to lead a production team in achieving targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain quality standards, ensure effective communication of expectations, and deploy continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with training teams to develop and implement training curriculums and team training plans.
  • Participate in the selection and hiring of production operators and contribute to creating a positive employee relations environment.
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) / 6S at a high level within the department through teamwork and involvement of all team members.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities, such as Lean/Cost Reduction initiatives, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Time and Attendance systems, effective Annual Leave and Overtime planning, and provide leadership for Lean Manufacturing advancements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Production Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisor-level experience.
